  • Overpayment: If you have made an overpayment on your insurance premium or fees.
  • Cancellation: If you cancel your policy within the specified cooling-off period(same-day), subject to the terms and conditions of the policy.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our office by phone or email to initiate the refund request.
  2. Provide necessary details, including your policy number, contact information, and a description of the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, process the refund within 5 business days.

3. Overpayment Refunds

If you have made an overpayment on your premium or fees, we will refund the excess amount to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Cancellation Refunds

If you cancel your policy within the cooling-off period(same-day), your refund will be based on the terms and conditions outlined in your policy document. Refunds will be processed in accordance with these terms.
